Which event-planning package should I choose?
VIBE Essentials is designed for well-organised events that mainly need professional coordination and on-the-day support. VIBE Complete provides full planning and management from the early stages through to event delivery. VIBE Signature is intended for premium, large-scale or complex events requiring creative direction, technical production and high-level management.
How much do your event-planning packages cost?
VIBE Essentials starts from £795 per event, VIBE Complete starts from £1,495 and VIBE Signature starts from £2,495. The final quotation will depend on the event size, location, schedule, complexity and level of support required.
Are venue and supplier costs included in the package price?
No. The package price covers VIBE’s agreed planning, coordination and production-management services. Venue hire, catering, décor, entertainment, technical equipment and other third-party supplier charges are normally paid separately.
Can you help me find a venue?
Yes. Venue sourcing and coordination are included in selected packages and can also be added to other packages. Recommendations will be based on your location, guest numbers, event type, style and budget.
Can you source and manage suppliers?
Yes. We can help identify, communicate with and coordinate suitable suppliers, including caterers, decorators, photographers, videographers, entertainers and technical-production providers.
Can I use suppliers I have already booked?
Yes. We can work with your existing suppliers, provided they are available, reliable and able to meet the agreed event requirements and schedule.
How involved will I be in the planning process?
You remain involved in all important decisions. We provide recommendations, organise the process and manage agreed responsibilities, while you approve key choices such as the venue, suppliers, design direction and budget.
Do you manage the event budget?
Detailed budget planning and tracking are included in VIBE Complete and VIBE Signature. The level of financial management will be confirmed in your service agreement.
How many hours of on-the-day coordination are included?
VIBE Essentials includes up to 8 hours of on-the-day coordination. VIBE Complete includes full-day event management. VIBE Signature includes premium on-site production management, with multi-day support available where required.
Can I add more coordination time?
Yes. Additional coordination hours and extra team members can be added, subject to availability and the event schedule.
Do you provide event styling and décor?
We provide event-design and styling guidance and can coordinate suitable décor suppliers. Physical decorations, furniture, flowers and installation costs are quoted separately unless specifically included in your agreement.
Can you manage entertainment and technical production?
Yes. Entertainment coordination, staging, sound, lighting, screens and other technical requirements can be managed through selected packages or added through a custom quotation.
Do you organise weddings?
Yes. We provide planning and coordination support for weddings, receptions and related celebrations. The service can be adapted to the couple’s venue, traditions, guest numbers and preferred level of support.
Do you plan corporate and cultural events?
Yes. We support corporate functions, conferences, launches, cultural celebrations, concerts, community programmes and other suitable public or private events.
Can you manage events outside Manchester?
Yes. We are based in Manchester and can support suitable events across the United Kingdom. Travel, parking, tolls and accommodation charges may apply depending on the location and schedule.
How far in advance should I book?
Booking as early as possible is recommended, particularly for weddings, large events and busy seasonal dates. Short-notice enquiries may be accepted depending on availability and project complexity.
What information should I provide with my enquiry?
Please provide your event date, location, event type, estimated guest numbers, approximate budget, preferred package and the main areas where you need support.
How do I secure my event date?
Your date is secured after availability is confirmed, the service agreement is accepted and the required booking fee is paid. No date is reserved permanently through an enquiry alone.
What happens if the event details change?
Please inform us as soon as possible. Changes to the date, location, guest numbers, schedule or service requirements may affect availability, staffing and the final price.
Do you provide event insurance?
VIBE is responsible for maintaining any insurance required for the services we directly provide. Venues, suppliers and performers remain responsible for their own appropriate insurance, licences and legal requirements.
