What information do you need before starting?
Please provide your business or event name, design purpose, preferred colours, wording, logo files, images, examples you like, required sizes and deadline. A clear brief helps us produce a design that matches your goals.
How many revisions are included?
VIBE Essential includes up to two revision rounds, VIBE Brand Builder includes up to three and VIBE Signature includes up to five. Additional revision rounds can be purchased if required.
What counts as a revision?
A revision includes reasonable changes to an existing concept, such as adjusting colours, text, images, spacing or layout. A completely new direction or replacement concept may require an additional fee.
Which file formats will I receive?
Depending on your project, final files may include high-resolution JPG, PNG and PDF formats. Print-ready and web-ready versions are supplied where applicable.
Will I receive the editable source files?
Editable source files are included in selected packages where applicable. They can also be purchased as an add-on for eligible projects.
