Which promotion package should I choose?
VIBE Launch is suitable for smaller events and new campaigns that need professional promotional materials and a clear launch. VIBE Momentum provides a broader campaign with more content, audience targeting and paid-advertising management. VIBE Spotlight is designed for major events that require maximum exposure, premium content and a comprehensive marketing strategy.
How much do your promotion packages cost?
VIBE Launch starts from £395 per campaign, VIBE Momentum starts from £795 and VIBE Spotlight starts from £1,495. The final price may vary depending on the campaign duration, number of deliverables, platforms, event size and additional services required.
Is the paid advertising budget included?
No. Our package price covers the agreed strategy, campaign setup, management, content and optimisation. The actual advertising spend paid to platforms such as Meta or Instagram is separate and funded by the client.
Can you guarantee ticket sales?
No marketing company can guarantee a specific number of ticket sales. We create and manage professional campaigns designed to improve awareness, engagement and ticket visibility, but results are also affected by the event, line-up, venue, pricing, reputation, timing and advertising budget.
What information do you need before starting?
We normally require the event name, date, venue, ticket link, event description, confirmed performers, target audience, promotional goals, available images, logos, brand materials, campaign timeline and advertising budget.
How early should promotion begin?
Promotion should normally begin as early as possible. Smaller events may need several weeks, while concerts, festivals and large productions may require a longer campaign. We will recommend a suitable timeline after reviewing the event.
Will you create the promotional graphics?
Yes. Each package includes an agreed level of professional graphic design. This may include posters, flyers, performer announcements, countdown graphics, ticket reminders, banners and social-media content.
Do you create promotional videos?
Yes. VIBE Momentum includes one short promotional video, while VIBE Spotlight includes a longer premium promotional video. Additional video content can also be added to any suitable package.
Which social-media platforms do you support?
Campaign content can be prepared for suitable platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and other relevant channels. The platforms used will depend on the event and target audience.
Can you post directly on my social-media accounts?
Account posting or campaign management may be included where agreed. The client must provide appropriate access and remain responsible for account ownership, permissions and platform compliance.
Can you promote my event on your own pages?
Promotion through VIBE-owned channels may be considered where suitable, but it is not automatically included unless confirmed in writing. Audience reach will vary by platform and campaign.
Can you help promote the ticket link?
Yes. We can build ticket-focused content, calls to action, countdowns, urgency messaging and audience-targeting activity around your approved ticket link.
Can you submit my event to listing websites?
Yes. Event-listing submissions are included in selected packages or can be added separately. Acceptance and publication remain subject to each platform’s rules and approval process.
Do you provide influencer or community outreach?
Yes. Suitable influencer, creator, community-page or organisation outreach can be arranged through a custom quotation. Responses, coverage and audience reach cannot be guaranteed.
Can you write a press release?
Yes. Professional event press-release writing is available as an add-on. Media placement is not guaranteed unless a separate confirmed arrangement has been made.
Will I receive a campaign report?
Yes. Selected packages include a campaign-performance summary covering relevant activity, results and recommendations. The level of reporting depends on the package and available platform data.
Can you promote an event outside Manchester?
Yes. Digital campaigns can support suitable events across the United Kingdom. Travel costs may apply where photography, filming or in-person promotional activity is required.
Can I add more graphics during the campaign?
Yes. Additional social-media graphics, performer announcements, countdown posts, videos and promotional materials can be added for an extra fee.
Who approves the campaign content?
The client is responsible for reviewing and approving important information, artwork, wording, ticket details and campaign materials before publication.
How do I start my campaign?
